All wheels and components are made to order. Lead time will fluctuate depending on the item ordered. For items such as rotors or pulleys lead time is approximately 4-8 weeks. Wheels could take an average of 8-12 weeks. All lead times are to be considered approximate timing for the completion of products and we cannot guarantee that the product ordered will be completed in this exact amount of time. However, we will do our very best to make sure that each order is completed in a timely manner.

If you are purchasing a one-off/ custom made wheel normal lead times of 8-12 weeks do not apply. Custom wheels do not have an exact lead time for completion, but we will be in communication with you often throughout the process of your purchase.

We offer a lot of wheel options here at Colorado Custom, due to the many variations and sizes, we will not know how much your package will cost to send to you until it is all boxed up and ready to ship. When the wheel is ready to ship, we will contact you with the total and request permission to charge for shipping via email, text or phone. We do this because we do not want you to pay anything more then the actual cost to ship (you're welcome). Typically the cost to ship for a single wheel can range anywhere from $75-$150+, we will do our best to get you the cheapest and fastest shipping rate possible.

For all international orders outside of the United States, please acknowledge that by purchasing through our website, you agree to pay the cost of shipping for your order and also all fees associated with shipping outside the United States.

How do I find the correct fitment?

Our team at Colorado Custom are your best resource for finding the right size wheel, tire, pulley and rotor for you bike. If you want to know what to order, send us over an email at tech@coloradocustom.com. Let us know your year and model of your Harley Davidson motorcycle and we can help get you the correct fitment.

Fitment issues with an order

Please reach out to us with your within a week of receiving your products via phone or email so that we can assist you. Please make every effort to prevent any fitment issues and do your research ahead of time before ordering. Our team at Colorado can also help if you give us a call at (714) 441-2498.

Hub and wheel fitment

Our hubs are made to fit stock/factory Harley motorcycles. We are not responsible for incorrect fitment if the bike has been modified in any way or purchased used. If you have a custom bike outside of stock specs, please send us an call or email to verify fitment prior to purchasing.

Warranty Coverage

If your CCCW (Colorado Custom Cycle Wheels) product is defective in
material or workmanship and you return in within one (1) year from the
original date of purchase, we will either replace or repair at no
charge. For the warranty to be honored, products must be CCCW products must be returned for inspection and
determination of replacement, repair or credit is up to the discretion
of CCCW. Please call our office for a return authorization number
(RA#). It is the client's responsibility for shipping charges
associated with returning defective product(s) to CCCW for warranty
inspection. Send the product(s) with a note documenting the defect.
CCCW cannot be responsible for damage incurred should the product(s) be
packaged poorly and become damaged during the return shipping process.
No credit will be issued for labor or any cost incurred beyond the
original purchase price of the product(s). PLEASE NOTE THAT CLIENTS
MUST REPORT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING PRODUCT/WHEELS OF ANY DAMAGED
OR IMPERFECTIONS THAT MAY HAVE OCCURRED DURING SHIPPING.

Warranty is granted to the original purchaser only

The warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original retail purchaser. Warranty is valid only if the receipt of purchase or invoice is presented by the original owner/purchaser of the wheels. Products must be packaged properly to be returned to us and the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product so they may be inspected by our team. We take photos of all products before shipping for our protection.

Chrome/Surface Finish Warranty
Chrome or any surface finish such as powdercoat or anodize, these
finishes on your CCCW products is of the highest quality. By nature
these finishes remain a delicate surface and are used for cosmetic
reasons only. CCCW wheels or CCCW products with Chrome, powdercoat, or
anodize have a (1) one year warranty from the delivery date and is valid
only through the original buyer. A copy of the invoice must be sent
with the wheel or product to verify authenticity. CCCW reserves the
right to determine if the product has been maintained properly. It is
the sole responsibility of the client for associated shipping costs with
returning defective product to CCCW for warranty inspection. Only when
products are properly returned to CCCW and is found to be defective,
CCCW will replace it or at our option to repair it.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by
accident, misuse, failure to follow installation and operation
instructions, misapplication, alteration, or attempted unauthorized
repair service by anyone other than CCCW. Decomposition of chrome
plating is dependent upon consumer care and maintenance. Products must
be maintained properly by cleaning with mild soap and water, and waxing
with a high quality carnauba wax. Small marks or blemishes are not
considered a flawed product and not subject to warranty. Corrosion of
finishes such as chrome, powdercoat, or anodize is not considered to be a
defect in materials or workmanship. Corrosive defects due in corrosive
or abrasive environments (salt, sand, snow), improper upkeep or
cleaning are not covered by this warranty.
There are no express warranties that extend beyond those set forth in
this document.
The following items are not covered by this warranty:

*Any items which have been subject to negligence, improper installation, misuse, racing, collision or damage from wheel weights.
*Race Wheels Only, not guaranteed for highway use, unusual stresses placed on all parts used on the racetrack.
*Damage to the surface finish of the CCCW products due to stone chips or similar road hazard(s) or due to use of polish, abrasives, rubbing compounds, or the use of acid cleaners (based).
*Any wheel or product installed on a vehicle other than the vehicle for which it was originally intended, or any repair or alteration by a party other than CCCW.
*Corrosion or defects due not from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
*Damage due to off-road or unlawful operation

Non-Warranty Items

Products such as rotors, pulleys, sprockets and bearings are
considered wear items and are only covered 90 days after purchase.
Replacement products may be purchased at a discounted rate through CCCW.

Third Party Sales

Third Party Orders placed not through CCCW directly are to be
handled by the chosen Third Party. If the order was placed incorrectly
through the Third Party, then it is the sole responsibility of the Third
Party to handle any discrepancies such as incorrect fitments or wrong
items ordered. CCCW is not liable for shipping costs or shop time costs
now incurred from the Third Party's error. CCCW is not responsible for
the interactions between the Third Party and the Third Party's client.
Buyers Beware, CCCW is not responsible for the type of service offered
by the Third Party. Third Parties have their own means of service and
interaction, thus clients are to keep in mind that CCCW is a separate
company and services offered by CCCW may not be available through
certain Third Parties.

State Law Rights

Some states do not allow the exclusion of the limitation of
incidental or consequential damages or a limited of the duration of
implied warranties so some of the above limitations or exclusions may
not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and may
also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
